My thoughts:

The hype for the Tower28 SunnyDays Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Tinted Mineral Sunscreen is REAL. I’ve seen so many amazing reviews for it all over YouTube, Instagram & TikTok, that I HAD to try it myself; especially since I’m always on a hunt for a great tinted mineral sunscreen that won’t break me out and won’t feel heavy on my sensitive, combo skin.

When I purchased it, I thought this will be a good everyday tinted SPF option for me. Well, I never expected it to take the place of my go-to foundation as well! In order to get the adequate amount of SPF, you need to use plenty of the product – and therefore you will get amazing, natural looking coverage that will leave your skin glowy and even.

I love the SunnyDays applicator!

I have combo skin, so I need to set this with a powder, as it gets shiny on me – but I don’t mind that at all! It doesn’t feel heavy on my skin, and it hasn’t flared my rosacea thankfully either. I’m curious to see how it will feel like in the summer heat, so I’ll keep you posted (check back here in a month or two!).

I wear shade “Melrose” which is the PERFECT shade for me. They have 14 shades total right now. I apply this with my hands and just blend everything out lightly with a beauty sponge. It’s a very forgiving product, application-wise! And of course, since it’s a tinted sunscreen, there’s NO white cast at all!

Wearing shade “Melrose”

Verdict? I have a new favorite foundation & SPF in one! You can get it here (affiliate).

Have you tried this Tower 28 product? What’s your favorite tinted SPF?
